Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm smile and make them feel like eyewear royalty.
Conduct comprehensive eyewear consultations to understand customers' preferences, lifestyle, and prescription requirements.
Utilize your eye for fashion to guide customers in selecting fashionable frames that enhance their individual style.
Provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and other enhancements, maximizing visual clarity and comfort for our customers.
Take accurate measurements, ensuring a perfect fit for our customers' frames and lenses.
Collaborate with our amazing team of Optometrists to ensure seamless eye care solutions.
Keep up-to-date with the latest eyewear trends and industry advancements.
Requirements:
Minimum one year Optical experience, with a passion for eyewear and exceptional customer service.
Excellent knowledge of lens materials, coatings, and frames.
Familiarity with optical equipment and tools.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
A flair for fashion and an eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
